Case Study 2: 20-Bedroom HMO Conversion – Westminster Road, Coventry
Project Overview In 2019, we converted two former nursing homes into a large-scale 20-bed HMO on Westminster Road, Coventry. Each room was to have an en-suite bathroom, with 13 kitchenettes and a shared kitchen/dining space added for communal use.
Client Goals The London-based client required a full HMO conversion to council compliance standards, with durable and appealing finishes. The scope included managing the design, construction, and compliance processes.

- Converted two buildings into one 20-bed HMO
- Built a 6m x 6m extension for a communal kitchen and dining area
- Installed 20 en-suites and 13 kitchenettes
